Founded in 2001 by Brendan – a baker himself – Sunrise Bakery Ingredients was built on a simple vision: to create a brand that truly supports the baking and food service community. In 2010, we moved into a new, purpose-built warehouse of over 2,500 square metres in Melbourne’s west to meet growing demand.
